We collect as little as an order needs, keep it no longer than necessary, and never ask for a password.
The details an order needs
- The username or link the order goes to.
- The package, price and an order reference.
- Your email address, from the checkout, to send a confirmation and answer support.
- Short-lived server logs our host keeps to protect the site.
Details we never ask for
Passwords, login codes or card numbers. Card details are entered on the hosted checkout and never reach us.
What the details are used for
To deliver the order, handle refills and refunds, answer support and prevent fraud. The lawful basis is performing our contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who processes it
A payment provider for checkout, our hosting provider, and a delivery partner that receives only the public username or link and the quantity.
How long order records are kept
Order records are kept for up to 90 days in the order system, and longer only where we must keep payment records by law.
Cookies, and the bag saved in your browser
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it survives a page refresh, and you can clear it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email support@buyinstagramfollowers.co.uk.
