How long delivery takes, and how top-ups work
“Instant” is a word that gets thrown around. Here is what actually happens after you pay, how long each size takes, and what we do if numbers drop.
The first minutes after payment
Most orders begin within minutes of payment. At busy times the first followers or likes can take up to an hour to show. Your confirmation email arrives straight away either way.

Why we spread delivery out
Thousands of followers in a single minute is the clearest sign of a purchase, both to visitors and to the platform. A steady pace looks like a page that is growing, which is what you want.
What a drop looks like
Weeks after an order, Instagram may remove some accounts it considers inauthentic. You might see your number dip by a few percent. It is normal for any follower package and is exactly what the refill is for.

Things that pause or stop delivery
- Making the profile or post private.
- Changing your username during the order.
- Deleting or archiving the post that likes are going to.
Tracking an order yourself
After paying you land on a confirmation page that shows the order status and what is in it. You can come back to that link at any time. The simplest check of all is your own profile: watch the follower count or the likes on the post over the next few hours.
If something cannot be delivered
If part of an order cannot be completed, for example because a post was removed, that part is refunded to your payment method. See the refunds page for the full policy.
